Where is the hard evidence that it will not be out soon?
- A poster contacted the company and the company replied saying they are going to provide a update on the progress of the FS. That type of reply doesn't suggest that the FS is imminent. I can find the post # if you need a reference.


Why is it up to us so-called cheerleaders to protect the sanctity of our investments against ridicule?
- You don't have to protect your investments against ridicule. You know what you own and I do to. That doesn't mean we are not allowed to criticize the company. It's always good to see both positive and negative views. It will give you a good perspective of your investment.

And you are correct. TO Double D should not be criticized for posting that article. He is a helpful member of this board. I think Redeyedrooster replied with an offhand comment because of the continued silence of the company. I can see the frustration building up in many of the investors here.

I respect everyone on this board regardless of their view. A negative post here is not going to affect the PPS and the same goes for a positive post. We need less complaining and less pumping. More posts with factual information - see post 22827 from grunt23 for a good example. He backs up his opinion with hard evidence. I did not agree with him but after his respectful reply, I understand his point of view which better helped me understand my investment, which this board is meant for.
