I am amazed at how the other officers and directors and especially Tonner tolerated this scumbag and allowed the stockholders to bear the brunt of his manipulation. To me they should be held liable for permitting him to carry on... remember he was a consultant eventually and not an officer of the company. It would be interesting to talk with Tonner and the others... even to go hunt down Dennis the CPA that resigned and get his take. Perhaps there could be a shareholder suit.
