MMEG has been busy with deals and acquisitions; hence the 8-ks.

But, I believe, it won't be until the 10-Qs come out and the "quarterlys" begin to translate what the 8-ks mean (revs, debt, profit, etc) -- that the PPS should really begin to move upward & onward, and plow through resistance when it rears its head.

Picked up more shares on Mon & Tues than I had originally planned at a .0024pps average .... which, imho is a VERY good price.

Time will tell
