Doug's flight back to LA was cancelled so he missed the conference (just asked Jason about why the webcast wasn't up).

But you guys are right, Doug's credibility is so bad now that virtually no one is willing to take a chance on the company anymore and unless he had some groundbreaking new info to put out I doubt we would of seen any new buying or interest from the presentation (just like the last few presentations had a negligible or non existent impact)

Just think about how many investors and institutions were burned by this guy already after investing in the past.

This is what happens when you take your shareholder base for granted for so long.

The sad truth is that the only thing that will move the share price at this point is results, which we may still not get for a while unfortunately.

As someone who has held shares in the company since July 2013 and has spoken to Doug 6 times now over the past 2 years( I'm nobody special or an expert in the patent space by any means, he just speaks to me because between myself and my family we have nearly a seven figure investment in the company) I can wholeheartedly say I have no faith at all in Doug as our CEO (I would be glad to elaborate on why, but most of it has already been said on this board several times over) and I plan on calling in on the next earnings call to get some answers that we very much deserve at this point and I strongly encourage all frustrated shareholders to do the same. Its important that he is actually held accountable to us for a change (I'm actually surprised he has gotten mostly softball questions on the calls so far given the situation the last 2 years).

If there is one takeaway from talking with Doug all those times its that he is unwilling to take any responsibility for the situation we currently find ourselves. I was honestly blown away (not in a good way) by his answers to some pretty basic questions that shareholders deserve to know. The egotistical attitude and the level of arrogance this guy has are astounding for someone who has literally taken this company from $9 to almost a $1 (less if you count the dilution). Do I blame Doug for everything that has happened, of course not, he does have a great skill set, knows the industry very well and is very persuasive, but do I think we would be worth much more than we are now if things were handled differently.....absolutely.

This post by a fellow shareholder very accurately and comprehensively sums up everything that is wrong with Doug and the current situation and what he can do to get things back on track, I know Doug read it because I personally sent it to him, Jason, Erich, and everyone else in the company that I knew the email of:

http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=128733808

That post is a template for what the company should be telling us going forward and it was sent way before the letter to shareholders was put out....did anybody see any questions answered from that post on the letter??? Nope, just more of the same....and what was the result....

So why am I still here some of you are probably asking, well for starters I foolishly invested way too much money in this company and can't currently afford to take the massive loss I would incur now for selling my shares at this very low level and more importantly because I still believe the company has great potential, but if Doug can't drastically turn things around in the next 6-12 months he should do us all a favor, step down as CEO (as many of you pointed out he would do much better as just an operations guy) and get someone in the position that can revitalize the company's image and gain back some of that lost trust and credibility, keep investors up to date and provide clear guidance, doesn't pay himself massive bonuses for downright horrible performance when the company loses 80% of its value and is struggling financially ( I asked Doug about his and Franks combined nearly 800k cash bonus in 2015 and his answer was "I don't come up with those bonuses, the compensation committee does" and "How do you know the bonus wasn't 2 million and I took less"...no joke, that was his answer) and who investors trust enough to actually take a chance on the stock again instead of making us all constantly feel like potential bag holders.

lastly, thank you all for your posts over the years, I have found them, for the most part, to be very helpful and informative and I truly hope that our patience will pay off at some point in the next 1-2 years, we deserve so much better from Doug and the company and its shameful the way they have treated shareholders thus far and it clearly shows...
