No, it doesn't mean that ICLD will open at that price range, I feel that market makers have a feeling that there is something going behind the scenes, when they saw those asks, they scooped it up, those are market maker trades, since retail cannot trade after hours for OTC. When you see after hours trades like that, which definitely not glitch and most probably not a t-trade, market makers are scooping up the shares for the inevitable surge in price, it may not happen tomorrow, but it will happen soon. So, they are putting in their stash, when the company comes up with a news, which could be tomorrow or later next week they have their share and can take it wherever they want to.
