The question I have as to this information:

Who owns most of these shares?

I suspect few of the shares are in the hands of small investors given the low volume and complete absence of rumors or news that might attract day traders, small investors, etc.

Thus, who holds these shares other than BoD members (maybe?) and FOCM's?
