Just so these don't disappear in cyberspace.

After article by Smart Money on Fri 8.25.06 deemed to be a misrepresentation of facts and a smear job on NVE, and plummet of more than $3 in the stock Friday, certain feedback comments were deleted (censored) on their website:

What a hat trick hack job on NVE Corporation. Gross negligence in my opinion.
1) No SEC filings of any insider sales for at least the last 6 months yet SmarMoney.com printed Daughton sold $1.4 million worth of stock over the last month. Gross negligence by SmartMoney.com

2) NVE did not walk a way from a Freescale deal as printed by SmartMoney.com. NVE was enforcing their non-assignable license clause with Motorola when Motorola asked NVE to have the license re-assigned from Motorola to Freescale when Freescale was spunoff from Motorola. NVE and Freescale are in negotiations for a new license. Details are filed by NVE in their 10Q with SEC back in Oct. '04. Again, SmartMoney.com gross negligence of the facts.

3)Freescale developed manufacturing MRAM patents which were based on NVE base science MTJ MRAM patents. Freescale patents with U.S. Patent Office clearly reference NVE base MRAM MTJ patents. Contrary to what SmartMoney.com printed stating that Freescale's MRAM is not based on NVE Technology. Gross negligence by SmartMoney.com again.
