Not late--there is not even a "late filing" notice. EVASIVE is a proper word for this fraud. The "results" are probably so horrible that these fraudsters are EVADING their public responsibility --after all the last filing showed $147 in the bank!! As far as FINRA and SEC is concerned--file your own complaint --attacking me is just a tactic to distract the fact that this is and has always been a fraud, the company is broke and the stock is in the tank --for starters.
