Read this carefully please. There is a difference between the float and outstanding shares.

The TD ameritrade information you have is GROSSLY outdated.

The old O/S last year way back before the shell was sold was 74,037,262 then you divide that by 14 because that's what you do when you have a 14 to 1 stock split

ok. 74,037,262 / 14 = 5,288,375

5,288,375.. that "5.3 mil" number you are reading is not the float it was the outstanding share count and that info is older than my grandma

NOW at the time of the merger the OLD ceo gave OUR NEW ceo his shares.. 5,316,322 then 100mil shares were issued to the new ceo and are restricted for 1 year so he cant sell them

100,000,000 + 5,316,322 = 105,316,322 shares

now you subtract that number from what is now our outstanding share count of 108,631,802

108,631,802(outstanding shares) - 105,316,322(ceo shares) = (float, our shares to trade) 3,315,480
