I dont think the biggest problem with this stock is future dilution. I'm relatively convinced by the pinned debt analysis at the top that they can pay off in cash prior to being forced to convert more shares.

The trouble is - those lenders who already have the .001 shares from past dilution --- are seemingly willing to sell at any prices (.01 still gets a 10x markup), so now matter how low the price goes, they are still willing to sell, driving it lower.
