Yes indeed, this is a hard one to figure out. This is a ticker that typically gets no volume, but volume has increased exponentially the past 6 trading days.

There has been little pps moment in that time, which to me looks like a promo loading phase, but looking at the stock, it doesn't appear to be in the right position to run a stock promotion.

The last 8K in February shows Chinese company, Foshan City Shunde District Cheering Garden Tools Co., Ltd. acquiring a controlling block of the company shares.

Foshan City Shunde District Cheering Garden Tools Co., Ltd. seems to be dba as Cheering, a large company with 1000 employees, that makes Greelo gardening tools. However, there is no indication yet that Cheering is becoming SHRV, it's just speculation at this point. The new American company officers don't offer any insight into what may be happening here either from what I can tell.
