James - first, thanks for your posts over the years. It's unfortunate this board is slowly turning back into the YMB but posters like you continue to bring substance to the discussion.

My take (LTSH, non-science background) from yesterday is that it was further validation of what ADXS has - a safe immunotherapy that works. But the added bonus here is this was a study done by a well-respected, independent non-profit research organization (GOG) that will not have the questions or uncertainty that seemed to plague the results of the India trials. I think this study cemented a higher platform from which ADXS continues to move upward (in terms of acheiving its corporate objectives, not the stock price - I'm done trying to predict the stock price).

What were your thoughts on the number of Grade 3 and 4 side effects? For years there were few if any, Grade 3 events and I honestly can't remember a Grade 4 event. I think the side effects published yesterday have to be viewed EXTREMELY favorably compared to the side effects of chemo, radiation etc. but the slight increase still caught my attention.
