I'm sure J&J wants to be done with this "Nit".

I don't think so, at least not yet. The trial judge's full ruling may change their minds, especially if it is headed fully in the wrong direction for J&J.

I think it more likely that J&J will want to read and chew on the amended complaint that DECN is going to file and perhaps take a deposition or two from DECN's experts. DECN will want to depose the J&J Chairman who made J&J's lawyers out to be liars and manipulators by telling the truth on CNBC.

DECN will also want to depose the inventors of J&J's product and the authors of the J&J now dead 105 patent. These guys live in Scotland and were very helpful to DECN in the now ended California case. That might chew up another 90 days.

And if after these 90 days it isn't going well for J&J or its going worse, they will attack DECN's patents in the USPTO Court. That will buy a year of delay for J&J and put the Nevada case into stay during that process.

All of this will be good for DECN because time is certainly on their side. The hearing last Monday had to have been a royal shock to Their Holy Arrogances.

On another note, I have given thought to discussing the "trap" topic and decided that it is probably better that those interested parties call the company. Perhaps they will discuss the issues, perhaps they won't. But like Wayne Gretzky says, "if you don't take a shot, you won't score a goal."
