seems i need to provide some facts again, hoped that there wouldn't any need further, but anyway, first i want to say that there are always 3 sides from a Story, my side, ur side and the truth..and none of those sides maybe factually the reality.

On November 22, 2016, Dr. Jon N. Leonard resigned as a director of Novagen Ingenium Inc. (the “ Registrant ”). Mr. Leonard advised the Registrant that he was resigning for personal reasons and not because of any disagreement with the Registrant or its management.
