Agree with all of that and also what power battles said earlier. My big question is why, with all of that revenue, why are they so far in the red?

It doesn't add up to me.

Why is Net loss attributable to our common stockholders $26.5 million for year ended December 31, 2016?

Why is it as of December 31, 2016, they had a working capital deficit of approximately $39.4 million, as compared to a working capital deficit of approximately $11.4 million at December 31, 2015?

Why is it that on or prior to March 31, 2018, they had obligations relating to the payment of indebtedness on term loans and notes to related parties of $25.7 million and $10.9 million, respectively?

Why do they have so many convertible loans outstanding? It's crazy.

None of that makes any sense for a company doing the revenues that they are.

And THAT is the reason this stock trades at 5 cents and got as low at 1 cent.
