if this so called "acquisition" is real then dont expect the stock price to go any higher then .0009. it will float around .0009 until the acquisition process is done. i have no idea when the acquisition will begin, but i will just base it off on this so called "transformation" on 4/20/2017. further notice, i realize there was a spelling error on the PR news. "Nothing like USMJ’s pilot and spinoff business model exits in the cannabis sector" i think it was suppose to be "EXIST" and not "Exits". Then, they didn't even say who is this so called "Strategic acquisition". "The planned organizational transformation will be initiated by a strategic acquisition bringing new key talent and assets into USMJ". What kind of company that keep acquisition information away from their Investors. surely they must have already know that "organization" or else they wouldn't be talking about it. Results speaks louder than words and i am not seeing any results, just words.
