There's no room in the share structure for dilution until after the r/s. Then the question becomes how much? They paid off $4M recently with the sale of assets and I'm sure much has also been paid through conversions with the kind of volume we've seen in recent weeks. They also plan to sell additional assets in the very near future to pay off even more, so it may not be that much when all is said and done.
