I didn't even hear that rumor. All I know is what the company has been showing us... new contract(s) every month! And people are fretting over a less than stellar 2016. The important thing is they are restructuring themselves and positioning the company to get back on the big boards. I guess some people thought that should happen in a day... based on last year's 10-K. lol
