Scanning the otcbb cite for trading activity, I have noticed a decided bias to plus tics on up volume. It is possible, in my opinion, that the limited trading range we have experienced during the month of August can break out with a significant upside move if buyers do more than nibble at the current level. Last hour indicator has also been positive for the last few days. A little positive news can make this baby rock if the volume is there. During the April move, I noticed a painting the tape effect at the close as the market maker would hit the ask at the bell. Would love to see a push thru resistance area here.
