Most importantly, a five to eight fold dilution in just a few months is unforgivable...no matter what...the company's market cap was well below a million in Dec/early Jan...at 8.5c and 500 million shares, it had risen to over 40 million...that is not sustainable...add to that, the CEO has promised further dilution !!!
