Of course I read it. It's a lease issue with the landlord that might require a potential investor to request a chapter 11. It's not as big as you think. The tax breaks, low outstanding shares and proprietary patents that make it valuable. What your talking about is a 1.6 mil dollar problem, yes, all the cash on hand but not the value of the company.
