I work in the freight transportation industry and with freight you get a signed bill of lading when any shipment is picked up. It is then signed upon delivery. I don't see why he just doesn't provide proof that the order has been picked up. CEO has not responded to me on the last couple of emails. If anyone does have his ear currently (figuratively) perhaps you can ask him for a copy of the signed bill of lading showing that the oil was picked up and is in transit.
