I have an announcement to make. I have received the Time Magazine Man of the Year award. Yes, I have a copy of the magazine cover to prove it. Furthermore, this award only cost me $15 at the state fair. Now, this man of the year award is for the WHOLE WORLD!, not just one state. I think Rufus got ripped off for his lousy Georgia Republican of the Year award for $499. What do you think?
