Reverse Split IS going to happen at the end of the month.....period.
It's already known. If you know how to read financial then it would be obvious to you...the O/S is maxed out until then.....thus the restructuring of one of their notes in the last 8k....
the A/S has to be at a number to allow future conversions....based on debt covenants......plain and simple.
