It's amazing how people get caught up on legal jargon.
I think if it wasn't for that every company would post a report that said everything was great so that they can continue to push the PPS higher.
It's just a disclaimer basically so that they can't be sued in the future if things turn south for the company. Investor lawsuits have caused these kind of statements to be made.
