Ok I called him back and gave my advice

Told him to know what he owns !!!

And be patient ,that they will call him back,
Have faith in G-d and all will be alright.

They probably are very busy doing
business to get back to him.
He should also not harass them and call them too much. He should just be quite. If he calls everyday , they will be upset with him.
Also why should he be so upset if he is ignored
