I don't have the slightest idea what has happened to the share price here, however, there are 2 things I know for sure, without a shadow of a doubt:

1.) This company does not dilute as the share structure has remained the same for a year and a half now. Also the company has gone on record stating that dilution is not on the agenda currently

2.) This company is not involved in a pump and dump. This company certainly does not provide adequate information via news release and PR to current shareholders, let alone release pump information.

* Therefore the facts suggest dilution and pump are off the table. Any other ideas? Why is the share price getting killed?
