FreeSeas 992,240 outstanding shares of CommonStock.
Pre 5000/1 reverse split the advertised OS was 177,000,000.
Post-split /5000 = 35,400 outstanding shares.
992,240 - 35,400 = 956,840 additional shares!

Ion G. Varouxakis not only screwed us with a 5000 to 1 reverse split, he also diluted the OS by adding 956,840 additional shares! IMO.
