no i live in nyc and every time there is a major storm NYC goes under a city closure meaning that wall st might be closed if sanitation cant upkeep with street cleaning

it wasnt long ago that the Gov closed NYC for one day due to a few inches falling on the ground which cost the city alot of money in lost revenue
so since this is projected to hit 8 to 12 inches there will be a city closure yet again
