Remember when John said back in january that 10K is going to be out any day now. It's been 3 month since then..... How can you trust a word he says when he openly lies to everyone face and these same people are still trying to defend him.

One other items that is crucial and no one seems to be talking about is the financing needs to support the so called $90M contract. It's only 1 month away from coal shipments and we haven't heard anything about it at all....
