I've continued to test the market. This morning I put in an order for 5000 shares at 0.01 and it hasn't filled. Earlier today there was some action, with 40000 shares selling at 0.01 (up 900% from yesterday!!) It looks to me like the volume for 2017 has totaled about 125k shares. I also noticed that the 52 week low was hit in Feb 2017 (so not in December tax loss season), with 8495 shares selling for 0.0001. That amounts to a total cost of 85 cents (plus commission).
