You did not have such a conversation. Posts, such as yours, who claim to have been privy to rather secretive company information are always fake and false. Such posts are a desperate means to pump a stock that has suffered significant sell off and who has lost tremendous investor confidence.

If management had good news, they would release a press release. They would not divulge sensitive information to a random person who calls pretending to be a doctor.
