That is true, but I believe that was retail piling in. Of course I can't be sure, but either way, whoever has been loading has done so in the $.0002 & $.0003 range. On March 1st when the share structure was updated, the stock traded over 430 mil shares & most was traded @ $.0002. Cheers!
