In everyone's rush to complain about Shakerz and other crews you are missing the point that XKEM is near closing for two multi-million dollar loans. What these guys are doing is again raising the profile of XKEM at a time when good news is near. We could be looking at a very good month here with the end result being another solid base. This time we are starting at .022. Last run it was .011. 100% difference. I'm not sure that this will run as high again, but I'm confident we'll hold a higher level.

This is what Sept. could like.

1) NEXIM loan in week or two.
2) UPS Loan
3) Scheduled shareholders meeting (going into the meeting with steam might give us another boost in Oct.)
4) Construction update.
