No prob. If you look at dates, you'll see the ticker was quiet since 2012 until recently. They filed to reinstate the ticker and change which company it is. This leads us to The Black Shopping Network and Cleveland Gary. From there just google info. We know they reverse merged in from the filings but the key thing is zero news. That means no dilution, no pump, nobody dumping shares. Barely anyone knows about it yet. Obviously we assume they will begin releasing info to the public in the near future. There are no technicals to go by here, since it was a dead ticker. The chart will develop as buying begins (after press release). Best of luck
