We should all drink a toast to Bill Dato, Howard was smart enough to buy it, but Dato made it what it is. Not only that, he cares enough to step down from the board and take over cps once again, after, all he is a heavy stock holder also, and if the 2.5 mil did to to buy him out, he will benifit many times over in stock value. Its in his interest, to oversee the massive current growth for Howard. I think Dato's handling the bread and butter so that Howard can devote all of his to OBS adn the tiles, and other new product ventures fm China. JMHO.
