Take this for what it's worth: I tried to buy this stock last Friday through Fidelity.com and was told I was unable to do so. I called this morning and asked why. After a few minutes the girl gets back on the line and says Fidelity has deemed it a GREY stock and will not allow it's client to buy it for one of several reasons... she then proceeds to read me a disclaimer that outlines all the POTENTIAL reasons Fidelity has deemed it grey... and the reasons were it deemed it as spam, or fraud, or current investigation, or any other really bad reason. Again... for what its worth.
