Lol, it is SOLID. Naysayers have been arguing that they have to start from scratch.... clearly they didn't, they already completed the adjustments and have dosed the first patients.....it is GREAT NEWS, the "ultra expensive and impossible to fund" reformulation is COMPLETE and results are expected by mid May, get your shares now because it's only going up from here.
