wasn't that done to pay off the debt and secure 1.5 billion shares for Hank first before he did anything......... I would pay off debt and give myself security first before I filed anything for this venture.

around 500 mill to pay off debt, another 1.5 for security and another bill for other deals. 1.5 is restricted. so we burn through another 500 milly, with this volume we can do it, maybe we already did?????
