Investment Corporation Makes Proposal to Amerossi Shareholders


(PressMethod) - With massive new markets opening in China and India and a tightly restricted supply of crude oil, natural gas and oil exploration firms are forced to use more costly methods of extraction simply to keep up with growing global demand. As potential reserves go down, demand goes up, and extraction methods get more expensive, the price of gas at the pump also rises.

One gas and oil exploration company, The Amerossi International Group, Inc., believes they have the answer to this crude oil shortage -- and it comes in the form of a proprietary extraction technology which will drastically reduce the cost of h

arvesting oil from wet tar sands that are actually available in several locations throughout the world. If successful, this technology could almost instantly increase potential reserves while simultaneously alleviating price pressures.

This is where Robert Herring, President of the import, export, and investment firm, Herco Corporation, comes into play: Herring and his Associates strongly believe in this proprietary technology and its capacity to decrease the cost of wet tar oil extraction at a fraction of the cost of current technologies. So they have decided to make a proposal to anyone holding shares in Amerossi.

According to Herring, "[Herco Corporation is] an aggressive player in purchasing this stock." Herring says that Herco "already own[s] a large block... and [is] pursuing efforts to purchase as much of this company's stock as possible."
