HaileKang (Nanjing) Health Food company resides in the same address as the JBZJMY holding company. Bu the Chinese address means the company is located inside of that address, in other words, there are multiple occupants in that address/building. I haven't found any other company in that address could be potential merger candidate. It is very possible that Hailekang is one of our companies.

Hailekang (Nanjing) is a company of Hongkang agglomeration worth 1,500,000,000 HKD. Hailekang (Nanjing) was established in 2004 with registered capital of 10 million USD. The company might worth 50-100 millions today. This company manufactures and sells health foods or dietary supplements in China. I still have to connect Hailekang (Nanjing) to Dequn Wang and Huang Hua. Hailekang (Nanjing)'s CEO is Mr. Lu Zhenchu. No where i can find connection between these two parties.

It could be that Hailekang and Dr. Wang's companies all merge into Dolat. Time will tell.
