You and I are both right on this subject ,but one actually has assets with revenue and has a history of doing exactly what is in the process of being started with MMEX.This move is to raise funding and take Maple Corp public.This fast-tracks the process of him taking MAPLE CORP public.A reverse merger takes weeks,less filing is involved,as opposed to doing an IPO.
