Synopsis:

$THCT THC Therapeutics reverse merged into ASUV (Harmonic Energy) January 2017. They had an initial PR announcing the merger and that is pretty much it so far. It was a low-key, not widely distributed press release. But with a 3.3 million float, it is BOUND to do something.

CEO promised a PR within a week in a Tweet on March 9th (Thursday). I have no clue what that PR could contain.

The CEO owns most of the shares, and his are locked up for one year. He has stated over and over that he will not be selling ANY of his shares any time soon. He DOES seem very transparent, passionate and honest. For what that is worth.

This is a new business with no revenues/financials that I know of. Brandon Romanek is the CEO and he is posting on both Facebook and Twitter. His first/biggest product is a dehydrator for cannabis that dries the product within 12 hours, killing most contaminants withOUT destroying all the beneficial properties.
