That is why they didn't get halted.

Stocks like this never get halted. They get suspended and being that there has not been an SEC filing in many months the SEC could move tomorrow to have the stock suspended for not filing.

The entire business model has changed from Mdbx along with a CEO that must care. Why does Goh care? His resume!!

He cares so much you don't even have any information about the company in the last 9 MONTHS. Yes there is no financial information for the last 9 MONTHS.
