Let me try this again...I ran out of time...

Here is part of my concern and don't tell me not to invest if I don't believe in LPCN or if I'm scared, because I'm wondering what you guys think about the lawsuit and other stuff mentioned below...

Risk vs. reward, due to FDA-CRL and lawsuit...

Do you guys know, that the only reason, why the court threw out the Clarus TRT lawsuit against LPCN, is because...LPCN did not yet, get FDA approval, due to the FDA-CRL causing a delay?

In other words, even if LPCN is successful with the FDA in regard to TRT, Clarus will just restart the lawsuit and has a high chance for preventing LPCN1021 from entering the market.

It's too bad we can't buy Clarus stock, because it's not a publicly traded company.

It would have been cool to put some money in LPCN, Antares and Clarus, 2 will probably be brought to the market...

As you probably already know, the FDA is not hot on approving oral TRT due to potentially for abuse, which could increase heart attacks.

Don't forget, even with TRT FDA approval, it might not mean an automatic boom to the PPS, due to marketing costs and if those companies decided to go it alone and not partner or sell out.
