Its the reputation that bothers me.

If someone who has the reputation of making things up is the one who comes to our defense and does so thru additional conspiracy theories and unsubstantiated claims, I fear it will just make us all look like nuts. Even if his claims now turn out to be reasonable, he has created such a bad reputation for himself thru previous lies that he'll be like the boy who cried wolf...noone respectable will believe him.

Thats all...i just don't like our case being tied to someone as discreditable as him.
