Well they weren't at the time but it hasn't helped the company or Goh move forward over the past year+ with the recently settled litigations.

As for Goh, if you look back over the past year he was very proactive and informative of what was going on. He's done so much with so little and the silence to me over these past few months speaks progress. The 10k, q, and everything else will catch up now that all this crap is over with the previous CEO.

I definitely expect some type of news on progress this month!!

That is my opinion!
