Seeking Alpha: Valuation Conclusion
$2.53 so a 37% increase from $1.84 along with the small dividend for holders on record 3/15.

DRYS closing price of $1.84 on March 10th is a discount from the estimated Fair Value per Share of $2.53 at the same date. It is highly probable that the $200 million common stock offering under the Prospectus Supplement is complete or nearly so. The removal of the downward pressure of the stock offering (which was again visible during the last 40 minutes of trading March 10th) may facilitate a steady rise in stock price
