No more PP shares being issued! Only Preferred shares will be issued with a one year buy back at a 35%- 112% increase to their initial investment! Meaning no dilution to the current stockholder! If you want common stock need to get it on the open market. O/S will not increase anymore, meaning this can easily get to your goal of .01 PPS!
