Canuck Feds taking their time but they should legalize in 2017

I saw a press conference by the federal task force, last week. She made clear that "We said we would table legislation / regulation in the spring. And as we all know, Spring goes to June 21!"
So they are covering all of their bases, dotting i's and crossing T's, etc etc. Typical Canadian caution! lol
But they did say that it is still happening, just probably not before June
